Heard of palm oil? Read the ingredient list of your toothpaste, hand wash, or any other personal product. It’s also is many processed foods. This product ingredient is almost everywhere. Why? It’s inexpensive and dependable. That’s the good, the bad is that the high demand for palm oil is becoming a growing contribution to the deforestation problem. It will take some effort on your part to read product labels, but it’s worth it.
